General Terms: The terms for any Screwloose service you use now or in the future are in our General Terms, available here. Please read those terms carefully and ask us if you have any questions. Porting Customers: I certify that I have the authority to switch this service number to Screwloose and that I have been advised that switching to Screwloose may result in disconnection of the services (including value added services) relating to your service number and finalisation of my account with my current service provider. I acknowledge that the number I am transferring to Screwloose may be supplied to other carriers for the purpose of call and message routing, complaint handling and customer network fault management.

I acknowledge that I have been advised by Screwloose that there may be costs and obligations associated with my existing service and the switching of this service; and that there may be an existing contract with my current service provider which may require me to pay them an early termination fee to cancel my current service.
