We believe our past defines out future! We have worked hard since our inception to create a brand and team that you can truly rely on. Here is a little bit about the history of Screwloose IT:
In our early days Screwloose acted as a small IT Support business providing onsite break fix services, as well as subcontract services to larger organisations and other IT Providers.
Through our interactions with clients, we identified a need for well delivered, easy to use, affordable cloud & data services. Screwloose invested in a data centre presence and began offering a private cloud experience as an alterntive to Microsoft Azure & AWS. Our offering included our very own Hosted Exchange, website hosting, WebApp hosting, and full cloud server & cloud desktop environments
As our company grew we decided to invest into becoming a fully fledged telecommunications provider. Aiming to provide our clients with an alternative to Telstra & Optus. The motto is simple: high quality, affordable Internet & Phone lines for clients, with impeccible customer service and support offered by our inhouse team of highly trained technicians
We believe in "One source of truth". Focusing on reducing manual processes & double handling of data - we identified a niche to build custom applications that help our clients integrate multiple platforms into a single source of truth. Reducing human error, automating processes and improving your business.
Screwloose merged with a local WA company called Host One. Alongside this merger we inherited a footprint in WA, as well as an incredible Digital Marketing Agency allowing us to offer a range of Digital Marketing Services and to become a national Company.
